"Struggling to Send My Amazon Orders..."
For the past three weeks, I've been stuck trying to send my Amazon shipments, having to keep rescheduling them. It's hard to believe how tough it is to get shipments out of ShipHero. They won't even give a cargo ready date, and it's been three weeks already! We use ShipBob for my other business, and I definitely suggest them over ShipHero when it comes to customer service and pricing.

"From Great to Terrible: A Disheartening Tale of Ship Hero"
I completely resonate with the other frustrated business owners out there. A year back, this service was my go-to recommendation for all e-commerce entrepreneurs, but now it’s taken a nosedive and they’re lagging behind. It seems they might have grown too fast without the right support, and we, the small business owners, are the ones paying the price.
Shipping orders now takes over a week or two, and I find myself having to fulfill everything manually using my own inventory. I’m just thankful I can manage this because after reaching out three times and having the orders marked as 'priority,' they still don’t get shipped out.
It’s disheartening to watch a once-reliable service fall apart and turn into something so unreliable and frustrating to work with. Once my stock is cleared, I’m definitely shutting down my account.

"Avoid ShipHero at All Costs - So Frustrated!"
Working with Silvana during onboarding was fantastic. She addressed all our concerns and got us set up. Sadly, things just kept getting worse.
1) Support - this is the most vital part of ShipHero. They lack a phone line, don’t offer chat support, and there’s no email contact. Instead, they rely on an outdated ticket system from the 90s. You send in a ticket and might hear back in a day or two, often with a generic response or an excuse about being overwhelmed and needing more staff.
2) Shipping: The service level agreement promises same-day shipment if orders are placed before noon or the next business day. I placed an order that took 17 days to ship. I had to escalate it three times before they finally got it out. It’s the company’s responsibility to keep an eye on orders and ensure they’re processed. If not, you’re stuck submitting a ticket to get them to look into it. What a hassle—merchants shouldn’t have to deal with this.
3) Inventory: It’s rarely accurate. I ran a report comparing products delivered to the warehouse with those sold. The totals should match the inventory count, but they never do. I’ve had to submit tickets just to get them to do a manual count and fix the numbers.
4) Shipping fees - I’ve encountered numerous cases where the fees were wrong. Same product, same packaging, but different rates. More tickets sent in to sort out these problems.

"Ship Hero is among the top options..."
In my opinion, Ship Hero ranks as one of the top software solutions out there. Their support crew is fantastic and super helpful. I rated it 4 stars mainly because the price is a bit steep.

"Things were fine until the busy season hit"
Things were fine until the busy season hit. Now, my orders are running late by over 10 days, and our customers are getting pretty upset. They don’t offer tailored responses; you have to submit tickets, and a robotic customer service rep isn’t helping at all. I’m planning to switch to another warehouse once this peak season wraps up.
